            October 23 from 8:30am-3:00pm

            October 24 from 1:00-5:00pm

You must have the following documentation to sign up:

• Proof of income You must provide documentation of all household income (pay check stubs, Families First, SSI, Social Security documentation, or Food Stamp documentation (must provide Food Stamp letter)
• Social Security Card for head(s) of household
• Social Security Card or Birth Certificate for any child 12 and under you wish to receive toys
• Proof of Guardianship for children if applicable
• Proof of Residency electric, water, gas, or home phone bill
